The First Spring Day

The First Spring Day
Some moments of healing arrive so quietly that we almost miss them.
We often imagine healing as something dramatic — a sudden change, a moment where everything feels different. But sometimes it looks much simpler.
Sometimes it is the first day you notice you have been living, not just surviving.
The First Spring Day
The first spring day.
You leave your coat at home.
Halfway through the day you realise:
I didn't think about surviving once.
That is healing.
Not fireworks.
Not transformation.
Just living.

A reminder that healing does not always announce itself.
Sometimes it arrives softly, in the ordinary moments we once thought we had lost.
